The singer-songwriter from Austin, Texas made his breakthrough with his third album, Gold Chain Cowboy. The album released through MCA Nashville was his major label debut and released smashing hits like triple platinum single, “Pretty Heart,” which became his first song to top the Country Airplay chart and the first to enter the Billboard Hot 100. McCollum followed this massive hit with another number 1 Country Airplay hit, “To Be Loved By You” in 2021. McCollum would top the same chart again two years later upon the release of “Burn It Down,” a platinum selling single spawned from his fourth album, Never Enough. In 2025, McCollum released his self-titled fifth album, peaking at number 36 on the Billboard 200 and number 6 on the Top Country Albums, the highest ever on the chart performance of his career.
